I was RDM'd, FailRP'd, Etc!!!!!!!  [list] [*]Make a report in-game by contacting an admin, you can contact an admin by typing in chat '@(Your Report)' For ex. '@I was RDM'd Help!'. And an online staff member should be able to solve your problem! [/list] 2. BUT THEREZZZ NO STAFFZ ON [list] [*]Wait for one to get on, or make a player report on the forums! [/list] 3. The Server randomly crashed. DDOS? [list] [*]It is highly unlikely that the server went down from a DDOS Attack. It was either someone who crashed the server via prop minge or some other form, or a daily server restart. Our server is scheduled to restart at a specific time. That should be the link to all of our content packs. You shouldn't really have to download them though, since we've just recently added FastDL To our Servers. I donated and i didn't receive a rank.[/size] [list] [*][size=100]Was it sent through eCheck? If so, it takes at least 5 - 7 days for it to go through. If you haven't sent it through eCheck, then please contact support! [/size] [*][size=100]As well as receiving the rank takes at least a couple minutes to go through. Don't ask me why, because i have no idea! It's just like that![/size] [/list] [size=100]3. I bought a permanent weapon and i didn't receive it![/size] [list] [*][size=100]Falls under the same thing, Did you send it through eCheck? If so it takes at least 5 - 7 days for it to go through. If you haven't sent it through eCheck, please contact support[/size] [*][size=100]Same thing also, takes a little while to process and give you the weapon.[/size] [*][size=100]And most importantly, once the process is done. You need to reload your game. Meaning you just got to reconnect to the server for you to get it. Remember, you don't get it instantly, it usually takes a couple minutes. Be patient![/size] [/list] 4. When do sales usually happen? [list] [*]This community has quite a big holiday spirit! We usually do sales on holidays. Such as christmas, halloween, thanksgiving, etc. Or sometimes we're just in the mood to do sales!  [*]But one thing to remember, please do not beg for sales. It wont make sales happen. It'll just annoy us. [/list] 5. I had a donation item (VIP For example) and it got revoked! [list] [*]If you abuse your perks given to you, we reserve the right to revoke your access, No Refunds! If you think that your revoke was not necessary, then please contact support! [/list] 6. Can i get a refund? [list] [*]No. All purchases are final. You will not receive a refund just because you want to. Refunds are only handed out during very special circumstances, For example, your card was stolen and you didn't buy it, the guy who stole it did. That would be a valid reason of a refund. Why do i have to sign in with my steam account? [list] [*]We currently have no control over this. We cannot change this, as this is how Mistforums is set up. But the explanation is because it makes the forums a lot more secure! Keep in mind, We do not. I repeat. [b]DO NOT[/b] get your account information when you log in with a steam account. How do i transfer my rank over to a different server (SERVER MUST BE OWNED BY THE GAMING SHELF) [list] [*]You must get permission from both server managers. [/list] 2. I need my tags after being promoted/demoted/recruited. [list] [*]Speak with a Head Admin+ With the following details: Steam ID, Promoter/Demoter/Recruiter, Date Of Promotion/Demotion/Recruition. And the tags you need. [/list] [b][u][size=300]Custom Classes[/size][/u][/b] [size=100]1. How often are custom classes completed? [/size] [list] [*][size=100]Custom Classes are usually completed 2 - 3 times a week. If we're pretty busy. We might only check them once a week[/size] [/list] 2. Are custom classes done in-order? [list] [*]Yes. We do custom classes from bottom to top. Meaning all posts at the bottom will be made first. If you spam your post to make it at the top, your custom class will probably be done last (: [/list] 3. What is a weapon entity name/path [list] [*]Weapon entity name/path is a code that identifies the weapon and allows it to be used. For example. tfa_csgo_negev. If i just put negav, it wouldn't work. You can get weapon entity names/paths through right clicking on the weapon in spawnmenu tab and clicking copy to clipboard. Then you can paste the path. [/list] 4. How do i get a playermodel path? [list] [*]Simple! Click addons in spawn menu and scroll all the way down to the model you want. You might be thinking. 'This is a ragdoll'. Yes they are but they can be used as player models. Anyways, right click on the model and click copy to clipboard. And then boom! You've got the model path. However, pay attention to which one you got. You need to make sure you get the playermodel version of the path, instead of the ragdoll version. Otherwise you might be giving yourself a T-Posing Model! Or worse, a model that doesn't work!
